These trackdays are provided by the MotorSport Vision Group of companies, which includes MotorSport Vision Limited and JPM Limited, trading as PalmerSport. Details of these companies can be found at the end of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales of our car and bike trackdays by way of gift vouchers. They supplement the information contained in any sales promotion materials (including our website and brochures) and notices and instructions that are published or provided at our venues or by our staff, including the trackday regulations applicable to the relevant venue. You will receive a copy of these trackday regulations once you have confirmed your booking or you can request a copy from our Trackday Sales Team on 0843 453 3000.
Voucher Validity and Redeeming Vouchers
To redeem your voucher and book a date for your trackday, please call our Trackday Sales Team on 0843 453 3000.
Gift vouchers can only be redeemed by voucher-holders against a trackday rather than any other activity or event operated by the MotorSport Vision group, including without limitation race event tickets or driving experiences.
Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase and the trackday booking must be made prior to the end of this 12 month period, although the trackday can take place after the expiry date of the voucher.
Trackday vouchers can be extended at a cost of £20 for a three month period, if you wish to extend the voucher please call our trackday sales team on 0843 453 3000. Refunds will not be made for any voucher or unused portion of a voucher that has not been used within the period of validity.
Vouchers constitute a credit towards the cost of our trackdays. When you purchase a voucher, our sales team will open a trackday account under your name which will immediately be credited with the value of the voucher purchased. If the price of the trackday you wish to book is greater than the amount credited to your account at the time of booking, then you will be required to pay for the difference before a booking can be confirmed. If the price of the trackday you wish to book is less than the amount credited to your trackday account at the time of booking, then you will not need to make any further payment for the booking to be confirmed.
Please note that, for accounting reasons, if any credit remains in you trackday account at the end of the 12 month voucher validity period, then that amount will be retained by us and cannot be refunded.
The prices of our trackdays are correct at the time of going to press. We may change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect you if you have already booked your trackday. All prices for the relevant trackday will be confirmed to you prior to you making your booking.
The Weather and other Events Beyond our Control
All our trackdays are offered subject to availability of dates, facilities and the weather. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that a particular date will not be withdrawn due to adverse weather conditions.
If we need to cancel your trackday in its entirety due to adverse weather conditions or other events beyond our control, this will generally be in the interests of safety and we will provide as much prior notice to you as practical, although we cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide this notice prior to the day of the relevant booking. However, you will be able to re-schedule your trackday to take place within a 3 month period after the cancellation.
If a trackday is cancelled by us in its entirety for reasons other than adverse weather conditions or other events beyond our control, then we will credit your trackday account with an amount equal to the price of the trackday.
Once a participant has redeemed his/her voucher and booked a date for a trackday, we reserve his or her circuit time. If that participant then chooses to cancel, he or she will be in breach of contract and we are entitled to retain all monies paid; your purchase and redemption of a gift voucher forms a binding contract between us and you cannot get out of a binding contract just because you change your mind.
However, if the nominated driver or rider is unable to attend and you wish to send a replacement to take the booked trackday, we are happy to accept substitutes up to the time of signing on, provided we have written authorisation from either the purchaser or the nominated driver/rider, and the nominated substitute complies with all relevant criteria.
If you are unable to attend the booked track day, please call our Trackday Sales Team as soon as possible. In these circumstances, then, provided we are notified no later than 14 days prior to the original booking date, we will endeavour to reschedule your booking or apply a credit valid for three months towards a later track day (subject to availability) up to the face value of the existing booking.
It may be possible to reschedule bookings or provide a credit at less than 14 days notice but only if the particular event is fully booked and we are able to re-sell the original booking to another customer. Other than as set out above, MSV are unable to offer credits or refunds for cancellation by customers.
Any amendments to track day bookings requested by you will incur an administration fee of £20.
Please arrive early and register at least 30 minutes before the scheduled start time. All participants must attend the preceding drivers'/riders' briefing, so it is essential that you arrive on time. Exact times for attendance at the relevant venue will be forwarded to you once your booking has been confirmed.
Safety and Risk
Whilst we pride ourselves on our safety standards, the very nature of trackdays means that, despite us taking all reasonable precautions, some personal risk of injury is involved in taking part. By attending a trackday, participants acknowledge this and confirm that they are aware of the nature of the activity and attend the venue at their own risk. It is a condition of participation in our trackdays that the driver/rider signs a registration form including a declaration acknowledging this prior to taking part in the trackday.
We may refuse access to, and eject from, our venues any persons who are acting against the interests of safety and/or whose behaviour is likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury. We may also have to conduct security searches at the venues to ensure the safety of customers and other persons at the relevant event.
Neither MotorSport Vision Limited nor any other members of the MotorSport Vision group of companies or their representatives are responsible for any loss, damage or injury to persons or property caused or sustained by you as result of attendance at any trackday, save for liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.
Accident Damage and Insurance
We do not require you to have insurance cover in place on our trackdays. However, whilst trackday accidents are rare, by using your car or bike on track you do so at your own risk. It is entirely your choice as to whether you procure insurance to cover damage to your vehicle. It is unlikely that your normal car or bike insurance policy will cover you for a trackday, but you should check with your insurer. If you explain that the trackday is non-competitive, they may extend your cover for an additional charge. Alternatively there are specialist insurance companies who provide trackday insurance. Our Trackday Sales Team on 0843 453 3000 may be able to assist by providing contact details of these companies.
The vehicle you intend to use must be in good condition both mechanically and bodily and suitable for its intended use on the track. It is your duty to ensure that the vehicle remains in this condition for the duration of the activity, in the interests of your safety and the safety of others at the circuit.
The vehicle you intend to use must comply with noise level and silencing restrictions prevalent at the circuit, and may be subject to testing before taking part in any on track activity. We may prevent participation in any trackday at any time for reasons of non-compliance with the noise restrictions. Please refer to the track regulations provided with your booking or contact our Trackday Sales Team on 0843 453 3000 for details of the noise restrictions prevalent at the relevant venue.
In the case of bike trackdays, all bikes must use proper road legal silencers; after-market or racing silencers are not permitted.
All drivers/riders must hold a full (not provisional) valid and unrestricted licence for a bike or car (as appropriate) issued by the DVLA (or the equivalent foreign licensing authority in the driver's country of residence) with the appropriate category clearly indicated. Original licences must be available for inspection - photocopies are not acceptable.
Properly secured crash helmets must be worn at all times whilst participating in trackdays at our venues. In the case of bike trackdays, one-piece leathers or two-piece leathers with a full all-round zip must be worn. Additional back protection is also strongly recommended.

Do not consume alcohol and/or take any drugs which may impair your ability to participate in the activity, either before or during the activity. We may refuse participation in an activity to anyone we suspect to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs (whether prescribed or otherwise).
No animals are allowed into any of our venues. Any person found in breach of this condition will be required to leave.
All Gift Voucher Packs are dispatched via Royal Mail postal service, unless collected from our office or sent by another dispatch service on request.
In our experience the Royal Mail is extremely reliable and you should receive your gift voucher pack within 10 days of ordering. In the rare instance a pack goes astray in the post, please call our Trackday Sales Team on 0843 453 3000 and we will make alternative arrangements.
If you require guaranteed delivery on a specific date we can send your gift pack by Royal Mail Special Delivery, subject to an additional cost.
All Royal Mail services apply on UK mainland addresses only.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law. The English Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim relating to these Terms and Conditions.
